  3. Accidental Purchases:
    • If a subscription was purchased unintentionally, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the transaction.
  4. Duplicate Payments:
    • If you accidentally made duplicate payments for the same subscription or service.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  1. Partial Usage:
    • If you have accessed and partially used the services or content within your subscription.
  2. Change of Mind:
    • Refunds are not available simply because you changed your mind after purchasing a subscription.
  3. Violation of Terms:
    • If your account was terminated due to a violation of PeculiarEd’s Terms of Service.

    • Refunds will not be processed for payments made through unauthorized third-party platforms.

    • For international payments, currency conversion fees or transaction fees may apply, and PeculiarEd is not responsible for these charges.

    • If PeculiarEd offers a trial period for any subscription, refunds will not be granted for any payments made after the trial period ends.
  2. Promotional Offers and Discounts:
    • Refunds for subscriptions purchased during promotional offers or at discounted rates will only be issued at the discounted price.
  3. Bulk or Institutional Subscriptions:
    • For schools or institutions subscribing on behalf of multiple users, refunds are subject to the terms of the specific agreement signed at the time of purchase.

  1. Platform-Specific Refunds:
    • If you purchased a subscription through a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play Store or Apple App Store), the refund will be subject to the policies of that platform. PeculiarEd cannot process these refunds directly.
